113 triples – for swimming – in this framework minimum age for swimming is 12, for riding and running minimum age is 16.

Adult triathlon K. Olympic age and sprint – minimum age 18.

Olympic age triathlon – for swimming in this framework minimum age 12, for riding and running minimum age 14.

Triathlon Super sprint – minimum age 14.

Triathlon youth division, minimum age 16.

Pairs may compete in three-way heats but will not be eligible to Podium. In the case of pairs, the minimum age will be determined according to the higher minimum age performed by the competitor in two rounds.

Competition through the website only, until 28/03/2025, or until the quota of participants is filled (whichever is earlier).

A registrant who registers and does not settle the payment, will be removed from the list of participants and will not be allowed to participate.

Categories for Age group Races – Sprint, Olympic, and Half 113

Categories for Relays in Half 113 Race

• Olympic relays may compete but will not be eligible for trophies/medals (not eligible for the podium).
• Pairs may compete but will not be eligible for medals.
• Trophies in the general sprint race will only be awarded to elite competitors. Competitors who are not in the elite category will receive trophies/medals only within their respective age groups.

Please note, in accordance with the regulations of Tri Kinneret, due to the low number of relay teams in the competition, trophies will not be awarded by age categories, but only to the top three places in the Men’s Relay, Women’s Relay, and Mixed Relay categories in the 113 event.
In the Olympic Relay category, trophies will not be awarded as stated on the website since the beginning of registration and in accordance with the regulations.

The competition is limited to 1000 participants.

It will be activated in the morning of the competition near the assessment distribution station in Beit Bendel

Premises for keeping belongings at the event – free of charge.

At the registration point in Beit Bendel there will be 2 boxes for special needs.

One for bicycles will be located at the southern feeding point in front of Kibbutz Maagan and one for running will be located at the northern feeding point at the exit for running from the Beit Bandel compound.

The boxes will be distributed on the day of the competition at 05:00.

You can deposit the day before and on the morning of the competition until 05:00

• Mandatory swimming with a swimming cap for the competition – you must prepare accordingly
  The competition will take place in any weather.
• The year of birth determines the participant’s age.
• There is no doubling of prizes and no doubling of trophies.
• Swimming suits – the use of a suit is automatically allowed
• only for participants of the Half Ironman division only.
• For the Olympic and sprint qualifiers, the approval for swimsuits depends on the temperature that will be measured – it must be updated close to the event.

A. Competition briefing – a briefing will be held in the Beit Bendel hall on Thursday, April 13 at 6:00 p.m.

B. Regarding the swimming in the Olympic triathlon, if the water temperature is lower than 22 degrees Celsius, it will be possible to use swimming suits. A notice will be given on the website.

C. We apply strict and uncompromising enforcement at the entrance and exit of the exchange area. Only competitors with a chest number and registration as required will be allowed to enter the exchange area. To avoid unpleasantness, we ask that you adhere to this rule, in order to protect the competitors’ property.
