Important Regulations
Pairs: Teams of two are permitted to compete in the Relay category but are not eligible for the podium.
Minimum Age for Pairs: The minimum age will be determined by the highest age requirement among the disciplines performed by a single participant.
Registration ends on March 31st 2026, at 12:00pm or when reaching the maximum number of participants.
The number of participants is limited to 1,150 bikes on the road (Relay is considered one pair of bikes).
A registrant who registers and does not settle the payment, will be removed from the list of participants and will not be allowed to participate.

Swimming: Cut off for swimming only for 113 – 1:10 hours from the start.
Cycling: Course closes at 11:30.
Running: Final course closure at 13:55
Important Note: Participants who fail to meet the cut-off times will be disqualified (DSQ) and must cease competition immediately.

Relays
Half Iron Distance: Men’s Relay | Women’s Relay | Mixed Relay (In this category, trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers only, with no age group division).
Pairs: Teams of two are permitted to compete but are not eligible for medals/trophies.
The number of participants is limited to 1,150 bikes on the road (Relay is considered one pair of bikes).
A storage area for items at the event will be set up on the morning of the competition near the kit distribution stand at Beit Gabriel
Free of charge.
At the registration point in Beit Gabriel there will be 2 boxes for special needs.
One for bicycles will be located at the southern feeding point in front of Kibbutz Maagan and one for running will be located at the northern feeding point at the exit for running from the Beit Gabriel compound.
The boxes will be distributed on the day of the competition at 05:00.
You can deposit the day before and on the morning of the competition until 05:00

- Mandatory swimming with a swimming cap for the competition – you must prepare accordingly
The competition will take place in any weather. - The year of birth determines the participant’s age.
- There is no doubling of prizes and no doubling of trophies.
- Swimming suits – the use of a suit is automatically allowed
- only for participants of the Half Ironman division only.
- For the Olympic and sprint qualifiers, the approval for swimsuits depends on the temperature that will be measured – it must be updated close to the event.

B. Regarding the swimming in the Olympic triathlon, if the water temperature is lower than 22 degrees Celsius, it will be possible to use swimming suits. A notice will be given on the website.
C. We apply strict and uncompromising enforcement at the entrance and exit of the exchange area. Only competitors with a chest number and registration as required will be allowed to enter the exchange area. To avoid unpleasantness, we ask that you adhere to this rule, in order to protect the competitors’ property.
