General description

Swimming in a clockwise triangle (crossing the buoys with the right shoulder)
Super Sprint – one lap 500m
Sprint – one lap 750 m
Olympic – one lap 1,500 m
113 – one lap 1,900 m

Cutoff for swimming only for 113 –  1:10 hours from the start

Super Sprint – one lap 12 km
Age and youth group sprint – one lap 20 km
Olympic – one lap 40 km
113 – two laps laps – 90 km

Cutoff – 11:30

Olympic – two laps = 10 km
Sprint – one lap = 5.3 km
Super Sprint – one lap = 3 km
113 – 4 laps = 21.1 km

Cutoff – 1:45 p.m

Nutrition points for the Half Ironman will include: isotonic drink, snacks, waves, bananas and palm tree and water. The cycling route will have two feeding points at the bus stop in front of Kibbutz Ma’agan, km 1 and at the turn at the northern junction. The running route will have two feed points in the southern loop of the Half Ironman route and in the northern loop.
